Young Women Leaders Connect (YWLC) is a pan- African young women-led that aims at socio-economic and political empowerment of the young people. Founded on the key pillars of advocacy, skilling & mentorship, tech & politics, our work equips girls and young women with the skills, confidence, and platforms needed to voice their concerns, influence policies, and lead initiatives that drive change.
The young women believe that the young people are not just victims of the society’s challenges but are key players in decision making and advancing change. Currently the organization’s network also involves young men volunteers who are committed to our vision.
