Young Women Leaders Connect is a Pan-African young women-led organization that’s committed to harnessing the leadership and voice of young women for change. Founded on the key pillars of network building, advocacy, skilling & mentorship, tech & politics, our work equips girls and young women with the skills, confidence, and platforms needed to voice their concerns, influence policies, and lead initiatives that drive change.
The young women believe that the young people are not just victims of the society’s challenges but are key players in decision making and advancing change. The organization hosts a national network of young women in their intersectionality through the campus and county chapters.
